Mr. David Obasi Nwachukwu is a finance professional with over 35 years experience in Banking & Finance, Financial Management, Commercial, Merchant and Development banking, Asset Management, Governance and Economic Development issues, Corporate Strategy and funding with an in-depth understanding of the operating environment in a developing country environment. Mr. Nwachukwu has both Master and Bachelor’s degree in Economics from University of Lagos. He also has a Post Graduate Fellowship in General Management, Graduate School of Business, Boston University, Boston, Mass, USA.
He is a member of Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG), Nigeria South Africa Chamber of Commerce, Rotary International, Member of the Order of the Niger (MON) etc. Mr. Nwachukwu is currently the Managing Consultant/CEO of Mezzanine Consulting Associates, former Managing Director/CEO of Leasing Company of Nigeria Limited (LECON), former Managing Director/CEO of Midas Bank PLC; former Executive Directorof defunct Savannah Bank of Nigeria PLC; former General Manager/Executive Director of Equatorial Trust Bank Limited.

Dr Onuoha Nnachi is an Engineer, Investor, Economist and Educationist who holds double Doctorate degrees (PhD), a masters degree and bachelors honours in Computer & Internet technology and has specialization in the telecommunication, Upstream infrastructure, Engineering & Strategy development across Nigeria and the world.
Dr. Onuoha is the Group Managing Partner of Deutsche Partners Holding (Deutsche Asset Management, Deutsche Investment Banking, Deutsche Private Equity, Deutsche Securities, and Deutsche Trustee) a Group licensed by SEC as Fund/Portfolio Managers, Investment Adviser & Issuing House.
He also served as the Group Managing Director/CEO of TTL Group of Companies with an asset base in excess of $1.5bn; Executive Director in Africloud Technologies Limited; Managing Partner of Africa Infrastructure Summit Group (AISG), Managing Partner of Feedback Infrastructure Services and other companies.

Prince Malik Ado-Ibrahim has over 20 years working experience serving on boards of blue-chip companies across various continents of the world. He brings with him an extensive rich experience from financial sector, investment banking, fintech, international affairs and economics. Above all a very strong government relationship within Nigeria and across African market.
As an International Finance expert, Prince Malik was the Executive Chairman of Global Habitat Solutions (GHS). He structured and negotiated the purchase of Lotus Cars GB from Romano Artiloli for Proton, a Malaysian car manufacturer. He was the Director of Finance for Nigus Petroleum Nigeria and Nigus Petroleum Limited

Ms. Rachel Eberechi Ogbonna is an accomplished executive with over 20 years proven domestic and international experience in managing investment portfolios, banking services including mortgage finance and risk management. She has served in various senior executive capacities in global organizations gathering experience in leadership, business development, marketing and strategy. Rachel began her career as Research Analysis Collator, MD Anderson Research Centre, USA. She worked with Bank of America, Houston, Texas USA as Personal Banker and later as an Investment Banker.
Rachel also held the position of Senior Financial Advisor with First Bank, Houston, Texas USA. Upon return to Nigeria, she was appointed the Head, Public Sector of ASO Savings and Loans PLC. She is currently the Founder/Chief Executive
Officer of Talk stuff, a social media platform. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree (BSc Business Administration & Finance) from University of Houston, Texas USA. She also has Certification in Investment Banking and also in Wealth Management and Credit Risk Management all from Countrywide Financial Academy, USA. She is a member of Chartered Institute of Loan & Risk Management of Nigeria.

Fabiyi Anthony Oladimeji is an innovative financial engineer and business management expert. Fabiyi’s research interest and focus is in investment banking, management account, special financial investigation, fintech and financial market structure. Fabiyi is a highly respected
corporate level mandates through his institutional network. Trained in the USA and Nigeria, Fabiyi with over 20+ years experience is currently the snr. vice president, Government & Public Sector Operation of Faril Consulting Limited, Abuja.
He also served as Executive Director, Management to McPherson Consulting Limited, Atlanta – USA where he successfully led a team of 15 experts on accelerated revenue generation amounting to $345 Million and over $3 Billion for the Nigerian Ports Authority. Fabiyi earlier in his career also served as senior Finance Officer/Chief Accountant of Peoples Democratic Party headquarters, Abuja.
With over a decade of experience as a Snr. Vice President in the asset management, Financial Technology, and the financial consulting businesses, Fabiyi’s leadership increased annual revenue for the business by an avenue of over 100%. Fabiyi has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and HND in Accounting products from Lagos State University and Kwara State Polytechnic respectively.
He is a member of the following: Institute of Chattered Management Accountants; Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria; Institute of Debt Recovery Practitioners; Chartered Institute of Loan & Risk Management from Nigeria. Fabiyi earned his post graduate (MBA) from the prestigious Ladoke Akintola University of Technology.
