Deutsche Diamond Portfolio is an Investment portfolio that focuses primarily on investing in income-generating Real Estate such as residential homes, shopping malls, offices, commercial outlets, warehouses hospitality and retail properties across Nigeria. Deutsche Diamond Portfolio is dedicated to the development and/or acquisition of high- quality stock of properties (residential estates, commercial properties and other investment properties) in select locations across Nigeria.
It is an open-ended portfolio and capital would be strictly used by DPH for acquisition, construction, development and management of quality properties, with the aim of attracting high returns on investment. Operating in a highly competitive environment, we invest thematically in high-quality assets, focusing where we see outsized growth potential driven by global economic and demographic trends. The portfolio tenor is for a minimum of One (1) year with negotiable high return rates that appreciate as tenor increases.
